2023 Noblesville Municipal Election Information

In person voting will be available throughout Noblesville from 6:00am through 6:00pm on November 7, 2023. Any voter who is properly registered prior to October 10, 2023 is eligible to vote on Election Day.

Any voter registered in Hamilton County can vote early in-person. 

No application is necessary.

Bring your ID (Indiana Driver’s License, Indiana State ID, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Military ID)

In-person early voting will be available at 2 locations in Noblesville:

Wednesday thru Friday, October 11-13 from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Monday thru Friday, October 16-20 from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Saturday, October 28 from 9 am to 4 pm

Monday thru Friday, October 30 to November 3 from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Saturday, November 4 from 9 am to 4 pm

Monday, November 6 from 8 am to noon

Hamilton County voters can vote absentee-by-mail if they meet one of the requirements below:

• Reasonable expectation of being absent from the county on election day during the entire 12 hours that the polls are open
• Confined to residence, health care facility, or a hospital due to illness or injury
• Caring for an individual confined to a private residence due to illness or injury 
• Voter with disabilities
• Voter at least 65 years of age
• Official election duties outside of my voting precinct
• Scheduled to work during the entire 12 hours that polls are open
• Unable to vote at polls in person due to religious holiday
• Eligible to vote under the "fail-safe" procedures in 3-10-11 or 3-10-12
• Member of the Indiana National Guard deployed or on assignment in Indiana or a public safety officer
• Serious sex offender
• Prevented from voting due to the unavailability of transportation to polls

Voters can apply to vote via mail-in absentee ballot using the online application found at www.IndianaVoters.com.
