In person voting will be available throughout Noblesville from 6:00am through 6:00pm on November 7, 2023. Any voter who is properly registered prior to October 10, 2023 is eligible to vote on Election Day.

Any voter registered in Hamilton County can vote early in-person.
No application is necessary.

Hamilton County voters can vote absentee-by-mail if they meet one of the requirements below:
Voters can apply to vote via mail-in absentee ballot using the online application found at www.IndianaVoters.com.
You may also download the Indiana Mail-In Absentee Ballot application for the 2023 Primary Election by CLICKING HERE, you may call the Hamilton County Elections Office at 317-776-8476 to make a request for an application over the phone, or email elections@hamiltoncounty.in.gov.
