2023 Noblesville Primary Information

Election Day - Tuesday, May 2, 2023

In person voting will be available throughout Noblesville from 6:00am through 6:00pm on May 3, 2022. Any voter who is properly registered prior to Monday, April 3, 2023 is eligible to vote on Election Day. 


To find your polling site, visit www.indianavoters.com and click "Find Your Polling Place". Information about polling sites should be available after April 1.

In-Person Early Voting Information

Any voter registered in Hamilton County can vote early in-person. 


No application is necessary.

Bring your ID (Indiana Driver’s License, Indiana State ID, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Military ID)


In-person early voting will be available at 2 locations in Noblesville:


Judicial Center

One Hamilton County Square

Noblesville, IN 46060


Hours:

Tuesday thru Thursday, April 4 – 6 from 8 am to 4:30 pm

 Monday thru Friday, April 10 – 14 from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Monday thru Friday, April 17 – 21 from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Saturday, April 22 from 9 am to 4 pm

 Monday thru Friday, April 24 – 28 from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Saturday, April 29 from 9 am to 4 pm

Monday, May 1 from 8 am to noon

Tuesday thru Thursday, April 4 – 6 from 9 am to 4 pm

Monday thru Friday, April 10 – 14 from 9 am to 4 pm

Monday thru Saturday, April 24 – 29 from 9 am to 4 pm

 Monday, May 1 from 8 am to noon

Mail-In Absentee Information

Hamilton County voters can vote absentee-by-mail if they meet one of the requirements below:


  • Reasonable expectation of being absent from the county on election day during the entire 12 hours that the polls are open
  • Confined to residence, health care facility, or a hospital due to illness or injury
  • Caring for an individual confined to a private residence due to illness or injury 
  • Voter with disabilities
  • Voter at least 65 years of age
  • Official election duties outside of my voting precinct
  • Scheduled to work during the entire 12 hours that polls are open
  • Unable to vote at polls in person due to religious holiday
  • Eligible to vote under the "fail-safe" procedures in 3-10-11 or 3-10-12
  • Member of the Indiana National Guard deployed or on assignment in Indiana or a public safety officer
  • Serious sex offender
  • Prevented from voting due to the unavailability of transportation to polls



Voters can apply to vote via mail-in absentee ballot using the online application found at www.IndianaVoters.com.


You may also download the Indiana Mail-In Absentee Ballot application for the 2023 Primary Election by CLICKING HERE, you may call the Hamilton County Elections Office at 317-776-8476 to make a request for an application over the phone, or email elections@hamiltoncounty.in.gov.

Mail-In absentee ballot applications must be RECEIVED at the Elections Office by midnight on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
